This Tuna Steak Stirfry is fresh, fast and full of flavour. Perfect when you need something quick but satisfying. Low carb and packed with protein and colourful veggies, it's a simple way to hit your goals while keeping dinner exciting.
Guidance: Perfect for a fresh low carb, high protein option!

Ingredients:
200g tuna steak
5ml olive oil
300g sweet crunchy stirfry
15ml soy sauce
1x chopped garlic clove
1 tsp chopped or grated ginger
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the tuna on both sides until golden on the outside and just cooked through in the centre. Then remove from the pan.
Throw the veg into the pan and add the soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Cook through, but ensure there is still a crunch!
That's it - you're done! Serve with rice or noodles if wished.
