These High Protein Garlic Flatbread Chicken Kebabs are a total fakeaway favourite. The juicy marinated chicken pairs perfectly with the warm garlic flatbreads and fresh crunchy salad. Cooked in the air fryer for ease, they're high in protein, full of flavour and perfect for a quick, healthy weeknight dinner.
Guidance: Minimal effort and maximum flavour - just how weeknight cooking should be!

Ingredients:
100g raw chicken
25g tandoori paste
0% greek yoghurt
10g light butter
1 x garlic clove
1 x high protein flame baked flatbread (I use Aldi own)
10g iceberg lettuce
50g cucumber
50g tomato
50g radish
10g red onion
1 tblsp light mayo
Instructions:
Cut the chicken into cubes, then mix in a bowl with the yoghurt and paste until fully coated (leave in the bowl for as long as possible - even overnight - for maximum flavour)
Place the marinated chicken in the airfryer at 180 degrees until cooked through
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic clove and mix into the butter. Spread over the flatbread and place under the grill until warmed through and starting to crisp round the edges (as per your preference)
When the chicken is cooked through, place it on top of the crisp flatbread and add the salad items
Drizzle mayo over the top and enjoy!
