Pizza Night Fries

Pizza Night Fries are a high protein, lower calorie alternative to the classic pizza night. This easy recipe gives you all the pizza flavours you love with a healthier twist.


Guidance: Made with simple ingredients for a no fuss, Friday night fix!

Ingredients (one serving):

  • 150g cooked chicken breast

  • 200g white potato

  • 6 pepperoni slices

  • 100g passata

  • 20g light mozzarella

  • Light cooking oil spray

  • 1 tsp peri peri seasoning

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • side salad


Instructions:


1) Chop the potatoes into fries.

2) Place them in a bowl and spray lightly with some light cooking oil . Then add the peri peri and smoked paprika and toss until fully coated.

3) Place the fries in a preheated oven or air fryer (approx 180-200 *C) and cook until browned and crisp

4) Mix the passata and oregano to make a sauce.

5) Spoon the sauce onto the fries to create a top layer.

6) Place the cooked chicken (shredded) and pepperoni slices on top.

7) Sprinkle the mozzarella on top of that.

8) Pop back in the oven until the meat is heated through and cheese melted.

9) Serve with a side salad.
