Tuna Crunch Smashers

A quick high protein snack that's crunchy, satisfying and ready in minutes.


Guidance: Perfect when you want something simple that keeps you full.


Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 standard tin of drained tuna

  • 50g avocado

  • 40g 0% fat greek yoghurt

  • 20g finely chopped red onion

  • squeeze of lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2-3 rice cakes depending on how thick you like your topping!


OPTIONAL

  • Chilli flakes or paprika


Instructions:


1) Mash the avocado with lemon, salt and pepper

2) Stir in the greek yoghurt until creamy

3) Fold in the tuna and red onion

4) Add seasoning if wished and serve on rice cakes
