Ingredients (1 serving):
30g chocolate protein powder
1 egg
splash of milk
5g cocoa powder
5g dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1) Mix the protein powder, egg, cocoa powder and milk together
2) Transfer to a microwaveable mug or dish
3) Sprinkle the choc chips on top
4) Cook in the microwave at full power for 45-60 seconds
