Protein Pancakes

Fluffy, high protein and seriously good! These Protein Pancakes are the perfect weekend treat! With fresh berries and a drizzle of honey, they are a simple way to enjoy a sweet treat while staying on track with your goals.

Guidance: This one is great for a bit of indulgence - and is perfect for gluten/dairy free.


Ingredients:

  • 1x medium banana

  • 2x eggs

  • 100g berries

  • 5g flaked almonds

  • 5g honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 30g protein powder (make sure brand is suitable for gluten/dairy free if required)


Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana

  2. Add the eggs to the banana and whisk

  3. Stir in protein powder baking powder until the mixture is smooth (if too thick, add a splash of unsweetened almond milk)

  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and then flip

  5. Serve with berries, honey and flaked almonds on top
