Greek Yoghurt & Granola Heaven

My absolute 'go to' breakfast and complete Greek Yoghurt & Granola Heaven. Creamy yoghurt, crunchy granola, berries and more. The flavours and textures are never ending! It's high in protein, quick to make and will keep you full for hours. Literally my fave breakfast everrrrrr!!

Guidance: Please note, that healthy fats are particularly important for womens health. I use fat free yoghurt as I prefer to get my healthy fats from the seeds and nut butter, for flavour. This is personal choice.


Ingredients:

  • 150g 0% Greek Yoghurt

  • 15g protein powder (optional)

  • 50g berries

  • 20g dried prunes

  • 5g flax seeds

  • 5g chia seeds

  • 10g nut butter

  • 20g granola (nut free)

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the protein powder (if wished)

  2. Add all other ingredients on top

  3. Enjoy!
