These 'Banging' Dirty Loaded Fries are the ultimate 'Friday Night Fakeway' - crispy, cheesy and packed with flavour. Perfect for a Friday night treat, they hit all the comfort food cravings without the takeaway guilt.

Guidance: Get these bad boys loaded up!
Ingredients:
200g white potato
160g carrots
120g cooked 5% lean beef mince
1 tsp sesame oil
20g grated 30% reduced fat cheese
2 tsp easy garlic
1 tsp easy chilli
Smoked paprika (to taste)
Chilli powder (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Beef stock cube
Instructions:
Chop the potatoes and carrots into fries and pop in a bowl
Coat with the 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp chilli and 1 tsp oil
Pop them in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 20-22 minutes (give them a shake half way)
Cook the mince in a pan with 1 tsp garlic, paprika, chilli powder, black pepper and crumbled beef stock cube
Load up... put the fries in a bowl, add the mince and top with the grated cheese
